How does my subscription work?
Cupla offers two subscription options, paid Monthly or Annual. Like most apps, Cupla's subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Unlike most apps, Cupla only charges one subscription per couple.
You can check your subscription status in the Cupla app by following these steps:
- Tap More (bottom right)
- Tap Subscription
If you need to change your subscription, follow these steps:
- Tap the iPhone Settings tile
- Type 'Subscriptions' into the search bar
- Tap 'Subscriptions'
- Tap 'Cupla'
- Tap 'See All Plans' and select the plan you would like to change to
