How do I set up a new phone?

If you already have an account with Cupla, you simply need to sign in using the same credentials. However, if you accidentally ended up logged in to Cupla under a new account, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Tap 'More' (bottom right on the menu bar)
  2. Tap 'Me'
  3. Scroll to the bottom and 'Log Out'
  4. Log back in with your original credentials

If you have any trouble working out your original account credentials, please ask your partner to follow these steps:

  1. Tap 'More'
  2. Tap [Partners Name]
  3. Tap 'Share login link with [Partners Name]' and send the link via your preferred messaging application

You will simply need to open the link from your mobile device with the Cupla App installed for the link to work.
